How Our Program Works

Your visit starts even before you arrive at our center.

– Create your profile on our portal using a link will provide by email.

-Fill out a weight-focused profile questionnaire which include your medical history related to weight, medications you may be taking, and a variety of lifestyle questions.

-This information will help us to develop your personalized wellness program.

-When you arrive at our center, we will perform a health and weight screening check.

The health screening includes checking your blood pressure,  and other metrics and risk factors, associated with your health and weight.

-We will provide you with a comprehensive and individualized screening report.

-Your health and weight screening report will serve as a baseline to develop your wellness and coaching plan.

-In addition to your weight and health screening check, you will provide us with a blood sample.

-A sample of your blood will be drawn in our center on or within 7 days after your initial consultation.

-We ensure that your lab results are available for review before your first follow-up visit.

-We will develop your individualized treatment and wellness coaching plan pending the results of your blood analysis.

We will review your medical history, blood analysis report, screening report, and profile questionnaire and discuss the different ways to proceed with your treatment and health and wellness coaching plan during an in-depth consultation visit. 

At the end of your visit, we will provide you with a personalized action plan, detailing everything you need to do to succeed in your quest for health and wellness.

Should you decide to proceed with our personalized plan of action you’ll not only be following a medically supervised and proven health and wellness plan,  but you will also build a relationship with our team, who will be your greatest support through the process.

You are under no obligation to continue with the program after your initial consultation visit.
